VISION

The vision of the METU CLIMATE is to become a pioneering institution at national, regional, and European levels that will provide officials, industry, and society with the knowledge they need to make environmentally and economically sound decisions in the face of changing climate and global conditions, while also supporting sustainable development, the Green Deal, and the goals of the Paris Agreement.

MISSION

The mission of the METU CLIMATE is to understand climate change and its impacts through a transdisciplinary and holistic approach; to develop solutions and adaptation proposals for climate change via partnerships with decision-makers and industries; to help identify national contributions to sustainable development governance policies and the Paris Agreement, and to raise awareness in the society.
